Description
Oxford Internet Survey 2019
Launched by the Oxford Internet Institute in 2003, OxIS has become an authoritative source of information about Internet access, use and attitudes—and the difference these make for everyday life—in Britain. Areas covered by OxIS include digital and social inclusion and exclusion; regulation and governance of the Internet; privacy, trust and risks; and uses of the Internet, including entertainment, commerce, content creation and learning.
The OxIS 2019 survey is the seventh in a series, with previous surveys conducted in 2003, 2005, 2007, 2009, 2011 and 2013. Each has used a multi-stage national probability sample of about 2000 people in Britain, enabling us to project estimates to Britain as a whole.
